Naruto Vs Natsue

 Restrictions: Both in Base Mode only
 Area: Leaf Village

So guys who would win? Make your vote and give your reason please.

This is a tough one...

Base Mode Naruto can still make a pretty big amount of clones by itself. Plus he still has his base Rasengan. Not to mention his upgraded Oodama Rasengan. He can also send out a Barrage of Rasengan towards Natsu. 

Natsu could probably take out some clones and we saw when he fought against the Wind Dude that Fire can indeed beat Wind so we know his Fire is strong. Not to mention he's got more Dragon Slayer Spells all the time. He can even manage to use a True Dragon Slayer Art in his base mode.

Naruto would probably overwhelm Natsu at first then run out of chakra and if there's a random Flame nearby Natsu could eat it and be back at 100% and Natsu has more Fire Dragon Spells than Natsu has Jutsus.

I would go for Natsu, he has a strong spirit and a will never to give up. So far he's won every fight he's had in his Base mode while Naruto lost more fights than Natsu did. Natsu took on 2 Dragon Slayers on his own and beat them, all while he was tired and beat up. 

My Vote goes to Natsu Dragneel

I vote for Naruto, mostly because he's in his hometown. Something about being in your hometown just makes the match lean towards your odds.

Naruto wins this one hands down. Natsu is tough but I doubt he'd beat Naruto. Naruto's Rasenshurikan even though he can't throw it would deal way more damage then Natsu's strongest attack.

This would be a tough fight. Considering Natsue has the fire power to go all out and destroy most clones of Naruto. I think both fighters are pretty close in strength. It would come down to who could tank more of whose blows. And In this scenario I feel Naruto would do it. So Naruto Wins Mid Difficulty.

Either I am biased because I think Naruto (the character) sucks or I am saying the truth. Natsue would probably win because he is faster than Naruto and can use "fire" as a turbo boost. Unfortunately, Naruto is a wind type and not a fire type ninja. Otherwise, Natsue would have a supreme advantage against Naruto. Also, I think Shaz1 is overly obsessed with Naruto and looks at Naruto in a pervy way. He thinks his Naruto is unbeatable>.> How does he think he can beat Ichigo?

Anyways, Natsue gets le win.
